Condon Johnson and Associates (CJA) knew that it needed to replace its website, but was uncertain as to how they would make the most of the Web as a marketing tool. Alien Tongue worked with CJA to assess its current situation: technical baseline, marketing and branding collateral, and to identify how the Web could serve as a strong platform for marketing efforts.

While documenting the technical baseline, AT alerted CJA about the early signs of the Rhythms Network Solutions collapse allowing CJA to switch over its hosting and Internet access with minimal disruption.

The strategy phase defined the Web project and enabled CJA to consider its impact on the company as a whole and how to scale the site over time thus preserving the site as long term asset that could expand with the company.
